It was easy to schedule, Kurt arrived in the provided timeframe, he spent a lot of time to make sure everything was installed correctly. He asked us a couple of questions that we hadn't considered, and we're glad he did so we could weigh in. He programmed the mantle mount and explained how everything worked, even helped us troubleshoot a couple of things on our TV. Highly recommend!"
