"First ever dental appointment for my little! We were both a bit nervous but it went beautifully. No lines or waiting. The staff were calm and sweet as can be, she was immediately relaxed and seemed to feel safe in their care. Dr. Jones was so gentle and patient during her exam and cleaning. My daughter usually puts up a bit of a fight during a teeth cleaning but not today! We will happily return to Children’s Dental Theater in the spring."

"I have been taking my daughter for years. Never have the dentist told me that she has cavities. I have asked because I know she eats candy. He would always say no. She went in the dental van at school they said she a lot of cavities. I went back to him he looked in her mouth and said he do not see anything. I stop going to him and came to a new dentist they said theirs no way he couldn’t have seen the cavities…"

"My kids was going to this dentist a while before the pandemic and now they some new lady(Caucasian) that has a very nasty attitude, she called me being rude because I’m asking her simple questions. Then I became frustrated by her ignorance and no longer wanted to talk to her and I asked to speak to someone else who is more knowledgeable on what I was asking, ohhhhh she really ain’t like that yelling telling me NO YOU CANT SPEAK TO NO ONE ELSE!! And became even ruder and hung up on me as she yelled!! It don’t make no sense that I have to change my child’s dentist do to a unprofessional employee. They need to get rid of her because I guarantee they’ll continue to loose patients!"

"Great place to take my son for dental appointments. The office is set up like a movie theater, and it’s a great distraction for him. That being said, he need to get more professional office attendants. They’re rude and sometimes mean. I’ve been once where the lady was actually nice."
