"I am a new student and am super excited and was treated wonderfully until I had to speak with the Advisory Dept in person. I was set up for a virtual meet the staff were just on their cell phones and interrupting while I was trying to get the information I needed. Then the day of my zoom meeting I was having technical issues so I called the number given which was again there and the young girl who answered the phone was extremely rude I tried explaining the issue and she very rudely told me “I just have to wait” I expressed being worried and didn’t want to miss my appointment she repeated the same thing and hung up on me. Very inexperienced customer service skills! Hopefully I don’t have to have anymore encounters with these people."

"Beautiful campus but the buildings are not named after donors, to which some may say that it is unique. They have an Olympic size pool and diving platforms."

"Winter wonderland at Palo Alto college is a great place for the little ones to see some pretty lights . The grandkids loved it and didn't want to leave."

"Very nice it is a college that is suited to fit the students spacious it's informative there's people there that would you know drop a dime real quick just to let you know what's going on for the agenda today who's having announcement who's having us peaches what's not and well it's just all-around nice college"

"They have plays at the theater sometimes that's always cool. There used to be a pool that was nice to go to, but it's been closed. They have tennis courts and the library as well. Most are open to the public depending on the day."
