"Take hours just to fill one prescription, pharmacy have you on hold for an hour or longer until you hang up, unprofessional!!! Will not use this CVS ever again!!!"

"The CVS store itself is not the problem. It's the ignorance of the Pharmacy staff that needs correction. After registering for my covid and flu shots, I was totally ignored. That's the second time. The first time I was told, " we don't have time. " So no covid or flu shot and someone else, (another customer), volunteered to get my prescription for me because she witnessed how I was being ignored. I think that Julie, ( the pharmacist) and Stacy, ( the manager ), along with the other crew members, need other jobs. That pharmacy is pitiful."

"All the employees in that store are terrible. A dark-haired lady is the worst. When you ask them about an item, they don't want to help you. They are the worst in this store. I would never buy again."

"Pharmacy and store don't do their job at all. Shut down what's the point of the store if you can't get your prescription and everything is locked up, in bad condition and customer service is non existent. Yall treat the ppl who rob the store better than the actual customers."

"The pharmacy sucks here! I’ve been on hold for 29 min I called requesting to transfer my sons prescription and the lady had the nerve to tell me they can never get through to Walgreens and they leave them on hold mind you I’ve been placed on hold 4 times now!!! They keep clicking over asking how may I help you then put me back on hold!! Smh! My son is sick and needs his meds and they are no help whatsoever!!! Do not recommend this pharmacy only had to transfer my son’s prescriptions due to his insurance but I will not be going back here at all!! If I could put 0 stars I would!! Smh"
