"OfficeMax will let you purchase something online but by the time you get to the store to pick it up they’ve already canceled the order because they never had it in stock to begin with. And they wonder why customers are flocking to Amazon! That was the last chance that OfficeMax gets from me."

"Every time I come here to use their printing services the associates working on the printer side have the worst attitude. I understand that it can get busy in the store due to this being one of the few Office Depots on this side of the river. But how can you be this unpleasant while working customer service. You can’t even ask a question without getting an attitude. The only person that has a good attitude while helping you, is Donna. She is so patient and sweet. I feel awful for her that she has to pick up their slack."

"An office supply store that has absolutely no large format drawing paper in stock. Nothing but tags that say to order their paper online for fast shipping. Rrrright.... No thanks, I came to your store cause I need it now. If I'm gonna order it from somewhere. It will absolutely not be from a brick and mortar store that should carry it in stock. And now I know to never return to your store and to just order anything. I need ahead of time off of the internet, but not from officemax. Edit: found what i needed at micheals, wont be back to your store. So dumb to make those items order only."

"I'd like to rate this at 4.5 stars but that is not an option. I have always had helpful and friendly staff, the prices are reasonable, and the products are usually good. My only complaint is almost every time I try to use the self-service station, something doesn't work correctly and I end up at the counter anyway."

"I went in to complete a printing and laminating project on a recent Tuesday morning. Louella helped us immensely in completing this project, assisting us with paper placement on the laminate and always ensuring we were happy with the outcome. Louella was patient and kind every step of the way and even assisted many other customers in the process. It was a busy morning with lots of people coming in and out and Louella went above and beyond with every customer. Very grateful for her help as my project would have taken many times longer and way more frustration without her."
