"My husband and I went here looking for a firm mattress. We had found a couple we liked and wanted to see if they had something we may have liked more and at a better price. There was a guy at the desk when you walk in, who never even greeted us when we arrived, and 2 ladies next to the desk, sitting in recliners. One of the ladies greeted us and showed us a couple mattresses, which weren’t very firm to us at all. Then, the guy at the desk made a comment before we left, not even looking up from his computer screen, telling us if their mattresses weren’t firm enough we should try sleeping on the floor."
