"This was a wonderful shopping experience here. After a lot of research, we decided on a SleepNumber bed. Leena, our sales associate, was very well-versed with the products, and was extremely patient (and not pushy at all…gave us plenty of space to discuss things, etc.), and answered all of our questions very clearly. She ensured we were comfortable and let us test the products multiple times. She offered a lot of insight and personal experience with the product to help us get what we needed. She even guided us to a lower priced model, instead of pushing the newest highly featured product base on our needs and budget. Very impressed with this location and sales associates. Even their restrooms were clean. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the market for a new bed."

"We worked with Brad who was so completely professional and knowledgeable about the product! While our bed and base choices were expensive I believe we will get a much better nights sleep vs our 12 yr old Stearns and Foster. The cushion and support is so different than a traditional mattress, you can’t imagine until you try it! As we’ve begun to hit our 60’s with new aches and pains I think the sleep number will be the best! Can’t wait for our delivery in about 2 wks! I’ll let you know if we aren’t sleeping better soon! "My wife and I decided to go look/try a Sleep Number bed last night. We got there about an hour before closing and Brad was extremely helpful in figuring out which bed best suited us. He showed us how our individual sleep numbers are determined and let us try a few of the beds (all specifically configured to our sleep numbers). He answered our questions and let us take our time deciding (my wife loved that he wasn’t pushy). Once we decided on the bed, Brad walked us through all our options, including payment options. We had a great overall experience and highly recommend the Fenton Sleep Number store…can’t wait for our bed to be delivered."

"The manager, Brad Johnson, who helped me and my wife pick out our bed, while his sales team was assisting other customers, was an absolute joy to work with. Our new bed was a big decision as it’s not something we do frequently, and we wanted to get one of the adjustable bases this go around, and Brad made the entire process effortless. He showed us everything Sleep number had to offer, and gave us his professional recommendation based on our wants and needs. He showed us all of the available promotions that were available, in terms of interest, free financing, and great discounts, and make sure the purchase fit comfortably within our budget. He was also very understanding and fantastic with helping with our rambunctious toddlers, while we were trying out the beds as well. Brad’s knowledge of Sleep number products was astonishing, and that paired with his friendly personality really made the entire transaction very enjoyable I absolutely cannot recommend Brad and his team enough!"
