We bought our product from the nicest, knowledgeable woman and when we discovered we left our lights on and our car battery died- get this- she called her husband who was busy on deliveries. He swiftly rerouted his delivery, came by, charged our battery and even gave us a tether as he was concerned my attachment job was so-so and our mattress would come off the roof.
