"Perfect location, close too many retail stores, restaurants and a grocery store right across the street! Vicki at the front desk is heaven sent, I appreciate her so much she is such a genuine, helpful and kind person I am so thankful for her. ❤️ Nice rooms, wifi, soda and snack vending machines, ice machine, mini fridge & microwave in the room, and there is a connected restaurant as well... you just can't go wrong. Did I mention they have reasonable prices? Definitely would recommend.☺️"

"See previous review below. The Owner is mad that I wrote a review. She response with a false narrative. Not to mention no acknowledgement of the breach of safety and confidentiality of renting a room, finding out a key was given to someone who is not listed or given permission for a key. This is very dangerous, Not Safe! In her response she states that it was my child’s father (an assumption made by vicki the lady at the desk)…..interesting enough if there is only one name on the room why would anyone be able to get a key that’s not listed to that room. Please make sense. My statement listed below are facts. Like I said there was no manager available or info listed to make this complaint. I came here and I can get a negative response from the owner herself. Desperate to cover up. Do better for the safety of your guest!"

"The Super 8 is a cheap hotel. It is close to O'Hare airport, that is it's only virtue. Rooms look like they may have been uodated, but they are dark and not very inviting. The walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbors' conversations. The lobby is bleak. The free breakfast consists of coffee, orange juice, packagex mini miffuns, and cereal. There is a restaurant attached to the lobby that serves regular breakfasts and lunch."

"Be careful the front desk will give a stranger a key to your room. Take your valuables everytime you leave and if you drive check on your car throughout the night. When asked to speak with the manager the desk clerk Vicky (short dark red hair, older lady) refused. No manager information listed at the desk either. What kind of estiblisbment is this? Very sketchy and unprofessional."
