"Spent $1500 to get tested using booklets that looked like they were from the early 2000’s. Methods seemed outdated, and are incredibly slow to send out a report for you to actually start receiving treatment. It’s been 2 months since my initial testing and haven’t received my results yet. They don’t provide treatment so just expect you to wait for months before you can send it to someone who can help."
"I was able to get my child in for testing very quickly and get answers after only a week. Beyond what I had even hoped for. We traveled from another state because waitlists are so long for testing where we live. Dr. Oster was very thorough and clear. The financial department was very helpful and nice. Very grateful for them during this stressful time."
"I had an evaluation in the first week of January 2023 and it’s August 30 and I’m still waiting for my evaluation report. I would not recommend this place. Shortly after I left this review, I finally received my report in mid-September. The report was very thorough. I feel like the results were high quality, but the service and interaction could be improved significantly. Simply setting better expectations with the client and providing more frequent feedback on the status of the report would have made me feel better. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3."
"Dr. Oster and her assistant were very helpful! We had concerns for our son being on the autism spectrum. Dr Oster and her assistant tested our son was very patience and answered every question that we had I can't thank Dr Oster enough. I thought for sure I was going to have to wait a long period of time before the report comes back but it wasn't a long time at all I will come back to Dr. Oster when my son needs retesting or if any other concerns come up. The receptionists are also very helpful. And Katie help explain insurance info and billing info thoroughly. Thank you Landstrom Center for being there for our family."
"Pls stay away from this place. I brought my daughter here on 2019 for an eval and neurofeedback therapy. I was told the copay was just $50 for the eval, which I paid upfront. For the therapy it was $30 per session which I paid upfront too. Also the therapist assigned to your kid is sometimes not available on the day that you are told to come and they would still push it and would have someone else do it that doesnt even know how to operate the device for the neurofeedback. So i stopped taking my daughter there. But... 3yrs after they sent me a bill of $700++ in which they said this were copays for the testing/eval and therapy that wasnt covered by my insurance. So this was 3yrs ago, i am no longer connected with the insurance company that I used on that time and i couldnt remember what credit card I used to pay them to check on the copays that I paid them. I was still able to reached out to the insurance company and there were charges that they billed me that the insurance company didnt recognize, and I told Landstrom that but they insisted of having the total bill paid or they will forward it to the collection dept. I asked them to send me a claim number of those extra charges so I can have the insurance company confirm it but they didnt respond anymore to my email. Fast forward to 2023 they send me the bill again and Im just tired of going back and forth with them and just to avoid stress and having to deal w/ this again, I went ahead and paid the total amount in their office and asked for a receipt, in which they just printed me that my statement in now $0, the receptionist said they dont have an official receipt. Hopefully I wont hear from this company anymore."
