"I just got a gift card from there that was opened had the numbers scratched out and reglued and of course I was told that’s apples problem not theirs.how about moving the gift cards to the front so this can’t happen as easy."

"Team member watched someone steal and does nothing. But follows and harasses my wife and I due to our skin color. It was other people around our whole shopping experience but this worker only seen fit to question and follow us."

"I was really upset when I came to this location to pick up antibiotics for my 7 month old. I don’t normally pick up at this location but left the urgent care at 11 and wanted to start her on medicine asap which is why I intentionally had it sent to this location. I was 20 min out and when getting there, the pharmacist (Joe Burns I think) told me he just received it and could be an hour. I walked around and went back to my car and half an hour later I went through the drive thru to see if he had maybe got it ready as I was the only waiter there. he tells me it still wasn’t done and that there was 15 people in front of me. I asked him if he could try and get to mine quick as the other 15 people were not at the store waiting and told me there was nothing he could do. he stated “the longer im here at the window the less time I have to fill” I questioned him on where the other so called waiters were and he says they called and said they would come and pick up. at this point it was already almost midnight so I took me and my baby home and transferred it to a closer store to pick up the next morning. I feel like he turned us away and wasn’t willing to be sympathetic and compassionate. I know how stressful pharmacy is but I was one person there waiting on one medicine. Just felt like a waste of time and gas and couldn’t even get the medicine that night :("

"I was having a bad toothache and needed something quickly to ease the pain. It was 11:30 PM and cvs near me was closed, yikes! I made it there before 12 and grabbed some Tylenol, floss and sinus allergy medicine! The staff was helpful and pleasant. Lines weren’t long and after 10 minutes, the pain was gone."

"The worse CVS service I've ever faced. Employee, and manager (Jerri) of this CVS was wearing headphones and listening to the music while serve customers on a cashier. That's a shame for CVS to keep a such employees. Also, I was unable to return a CVS item I purchased at CVS, only she said, because I don't have receipt. So absurd."
