"We purchased three counter stools from Scandinavian Designs in St. Perers, MO, in addition to several other pieces of furniture. The stools were inadvertently not loaded on the delivery truck, so the store manager had them sent by a carrier at no added expense to us which was nice as we didn't have to wait until there were other deliveries to our city for our delivery to be scheduled. Unfortunately, the stools were not packaged properly and arrived with damage. The mark of exceptional customer service can be seen when there are problems such as furniture arriving damaged. I give the store five stars because of the staff's willingness to work with us to make it right and convert an unfortunate experience into one that leads me to recommend the store without reservation. We will shop there again knowing our patronage is valued, and the store staff will handle adversity with grace and understanding."
