"Very good experience; owner was very accommodating & allowed us to bring our dog, even though she is considerably larger than the limit at other places. He even gave us a room with easy access to outdoors for her. Room was clean & comfortable. Definitely recommend."

"My favorite place to stay on the weekends when I visit my mom in Zion. Love the staff and the rooms are cozy. Stayed here 10+ times and never a bad experience. Love that the parking lot is well lit. Only thing I could say is they need some new towels the ones they have shed from being washed often."

"The bed was comfortable but this place is no deal. To start they waited until the last minute to inform me of a $10 cash key deposit. Upon entering the room you could tell housekeeping is lazy at best. Empty toilet paper roll left on holder, dirty hallways. Breakfast was broke down before 9am. There is no real value for the price because owners are cheaper than the rooms."

"High rating for comfort / price. Motel was less than $50. My room was clean and had no odor, I a very sensitive to old smoke, heavy deodorant and mildew. Room , linens and lobby.. no odor! Room had fridge, ironing board, iron , hair dryer, large LCD TV, hairdryer, microwave but no clock. I don't miss a clock. I use my cell phone. Waking up to an alarm the previous occupant set can wean you of hotel clocks. I liked I could plug my charger in at bedside without having to be a tunnel rat. The bathroom lights seem to be on an occupancy switch, so if you fall asleep in the tub you may wake up in the dark. A polite way to describe the free breakfast is, "It was extremely limited". The area has numerous independent motels, rather than take chances I plan to stay at Sun Inn Motel my next trip."
