"Zero stars I purchased cookies for the kids I found the crackers broken to million cookies, the lines are empty nothing is restocked I even ask someone working there, are you closing soon? It's not the walgreens it was a year ago. The lines was full and slow lines and vacant no products and so many things not restocked!"

"Open 24hrs a big PLUS! Since none of the other stores are 24 hours. Very friendly and helpful workers."

"Saw 2 workers jump a young girl with her 4 y/o daughter next to her. They also pushed the 4 y/o. Called the manager and she said she did not care."

"This Walgreens location is literally the worst in Houston. Earlier this month I called into the pharmacy to refill my prescription I was advised by the manager that they were out of the medication and would have to order more. This usually only takes 24 hours. I called bck the next day to verify the prescription would be ready and was told to call back after 12pm. I decided to return the call the following day instead which is when I was informed they were unable to locate my prescription. The same prescription I was told they had to reorder two days ago. I then contacted my doctor who had her receptionist call and verify that my prescription was indeed on file. At this point I’ve already been without my medication for three days. Fast forward to today when I contacted the same pharmacy and spoke to the same manager to refill my prescription again. She then told me that my insurance has updated and I’m no longer able to pickup prescriptions and that they would have to be mailed to me. I contacted another local Walgreens who were able to refill my prescription with no problems. I called corporate and filed a complaint on the pharmacy manager at this location today. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to go here!! Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life!"

"I usually try to avoid this location because of it's long wait. One female pharmacy tech was beyond rude & nasty to me for no reason! I gave her a different number that I had on file since I haven't been here in years, and she refused to give me my meds in the drive thru. She harassed me for 5 minutes, mind you I'm very sick & can barely talk, she told me call my doctors office & come inside that I'm holding up the line & slammed shut the area to grab your meds! This type of behavior is unacceptable! If you hate your job, quit! People are sick & this is the last place you want to be hassled. Go elsewhere if you can."
