Super 8 by Wyndham Joliet I-55 N/Chicago

"I usually lodge at Wyndham properties but this was not at par. The hallway on the third floor smelled like a mix of alcohol, weed, and nicotine. My room smelled like nicotine and as I was preparing to go to bed and lift the first sheet, I see the bottom white sheet with a cigarette burn. I also used their washer and dryer and they were old. I had to dry my load 3 times. The complimentary breakfast was basic: coffee, orange juice, apple juice, oatmeal and 2 pastry options. I will never book a room at a Super 8."

"ive read other negative reviews but this hotel was just fine. no it wasnt the cleanest, but at night it was quiet and the staff was very nice friendly and accomodating. the pool was closed and the breakfast was basically non-existant but its not bad for a budget stay."

"Repairs were needed in the room, furniture and mattress needed replaced. Repairs that were made to the room were substandard, they looked like they were done by a 5th grader. The pool was "closed for maintenance" and the complimentary breakfast? What a joke fruit and packaged cinnamon rolls. By the equipment that was there it was very obvious they're capable of so much more and just too lazy or cheap to provide it. This is what happens when the wrong people get ahold of a hotel."

"The hotel smelled really bad. The sheets and blankets were not clean head holes. Room did not look like the pictures on the The website refrigerator did not work no radio in the room, no hair dryer, no coffee. It had nothing that the amenities said was in the room. Never will I recommend super eight hotels to anyone They are disgusting. A waste of money... And the breakfast, what breakfast there was never nothing put out. Bottom line, this place is disgusting ..."

"The morning lady at check in was amazing but the hotel not so much. Our room was not properly cleaned we found leftovers in our microwave. The beds don't have box springs so not very comfortable. Breakfast is really nonexistent. It's a honey bun and juice. We couldn't use the pool for all the helps kids that are living in a camper in the parking lot. Oh and I don't want to forget about the homeless woman that greeted us at the front door asking for money."
