"They are super friendly and great with my Hank who is epileptic and a little iffy about being picked up. They were so patient and kind. Unfortunately, I didn’t research ahead and found out they don’t take Care Credit. The other issue was when I made the appointment I told them I wanted an annual exam and to do his blood work to make sure his medicine levels were good. It was communicated to me that the price I was quoted did not include the bloodwork and that would only be ordered after the doctor was able to exam him. They wanted over $400 for the blood work so it will have to wait. How they explained it made sense but I do wish that was communicated to me when I made the appointment since I was clear on why I was making the appointment."

Dr. Lovell isn't looking for ways to run up your bill like so many do these days. He is thorough in explaining everything that is going on with your fur baby and the options for treatment, while the staff offers pricing so you can build a treatment plan that you can afford.
