She listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me the space to shop on my own until I needed her help. Selected 3 dining sets and asked if I could get specific measurements to check at home. She answered all questions and concerns I had about all the items. She went above and beyond, was personable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, friendly. The staff was wonderful. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly store employee who introduced us to Lead Sales Consultant, April VanDeVoorde. She explained the layout of the store and where we might find the style of furniture we were looking for. First I called and spoke with her and she let me know her availability and answered some questions. We decided to go in right away and April asked questions to determine what we were looking for. She showed us several options and fully explained the differences. Not only did we buy one mattress but we bought two!
