"Worst EVER! Never AGAIN! The entire staff is rude! They give you little cups to urinate in then say it's not enough urine then you sit there for 3 hours drinking water for them to give you the same size cup then say I'll give you a bigger cup next time so that means you have to go back in the waiting room drink more water and wait AGAIN! If I could give them zero stars I would!"
"I was deeply disappointed in my experience at this location. It started out fine. There is a tablet in the waiting room that you can use to check yourself in, and I was able to scan my driver's license and get all my info confirmed quickly. I was called in about 5-10 minutes after, which I felt was great considering I was a walk-in. Once I went with the employee to the back room, I sat down and explained to her that I have difficult veins to draw from. She kept saying "okay, okay" while I spoke, but like she was rushing me to finish talking. I was like, okay, I'll assume she knows what she's doing because this is her whole job. But once the needle was in, she started digging in my arm to find the vein. I do not tolerate this kind of thing well, but I was focusing on deep breathing and trying to keep from getting woozy (and failing). I asked her after about 30 seconds, "Are you having any luck?" and she responded, "I'm working on it, just calm down." That location in my arm apparently didn't work, so she stuck me a second time and proceeded to start digging again. My ears started to ring, so I told her I was getting woozy. She told me again that she was going to need me to calm down if she was going to get this done, and did I want to come back another time? I asked to wait till I could get my bearings, and if they had juice or anything (in my experience that helps). She told me they had water in the waiting room, and started busying herself with other things. Trying my very best not to actually pass out, I stumbled into the waiting room, got a cup of water, and took some sips. Then I laid as best as I could with my head hanging over the side of a chair till my ears stopped ringing and I stopped sweating. After that experience, I left and will be contacting my doctor tomorrow to switch my bloodwork request to Quest. I was treated callously and with gross negligence. I could have injured myself had I actually passed out, and someone who works with blood draws should at minimum know that. I'm glad all that did happen was a few minutes of wooziness and a bruised inner elbow."
"1-11-2024 This location should be shut down! They have the most rude and lazy staff I've ever encountered at a lab. For some reason I come within the hours on the door (11am), immediately I'm berated as if I was robbing the place "Sir, Sir! Are you getting a drug screen for an employer?" "Well you gonna have to come back another day ain't no one gonna do your drug screen!" I'm a clean dressed military vet in a collared shirt and khakis!"
"Went there to ask a question about a sample i had to drop off because i tried calling multiple times and not one time the phone was answered so i went there and there was no body working reception. Because i dont need or have and appointment i couldn't just check in and wait for someone to finally get around to helping me so i tried knocking on the glass, poking my head through the window and yelling for someone, knocking multiple times on the patient door and even though i could clearly hear the workers carrying on a full non work related conversation the entire time they did not respond to me whatsoever that they heard me. I stood there for 10 minutes and finally i knocked hard enough that one of the workers got mad enough to come and yell at me for knocking. Usually they are nice here but that lady was very ignorant all because they didn't feel the need to let me know that they would be there in a minute and didn't acknowledge me at all. Instead they came out with a very unprofessional attitude."
"Hours are very inconvenient. I mean, who closes before 4? Most people work at least until 4, 4:30, or 5! It's extremely difficult to schedule an appointment, as they have little availability. And, it's difficult to just "walk-in before work," because they apparently have they've switched back to standard time before the rest of us, because they didn't even unlock the doors until nearly 15 minutes _after_ their posted opening hours. The lady who unlocked the doors literally just walked up to the outside doors, unlocked then, and walked away... No smile, no passing the door open (it's glass and she could see us standing there, as easily as we could see her), and certainly no greeting, much less an apology for being late."
