"On line appointment, and ability to check in from cell phone is very efficient. The staff was pleasant and professional. The emailing the results is very helpful ( I am a M.D. ). The blood drawing facility was clean and private."

"The woman who helped me today was absolutely amazing! She was super experienced and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. I'm really afraid of needles so she talked to me through the whole thing, put the elastic over my sleeve cuff so it didn't hurt as much, she also found the vein so quickly and on the first try. I made the appointment online and was calling in quickly. Very little wait time. The only thing that took me a second was finding where to go once inside the hospital. If you go to Tower A, follow the "Outpatient" signs, and it's the room to the left with green signs and self-serve kiosks."

"People are very nice here and it’s very efficient. but it so confusing and impossible to find. No signage anywhere in the facility. The directly says ground floor but impossible to find. There are signs everywhere but no Quest signs at all. In the area that it’s in has signs for every service center but the lab."
