"The ladies working today were awesome. I forgot who took my blood because I was very nervous. She started talking to me about my kids to distract me and I was so focused on our conversation, I didn’t even know she was done! Amazing, I only felt a small pinch and then it was over. I wish I would have gotten her name b/c she deserves a raise!"
"I will never ever attend Labcorp again! Ever! It was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever received! I pulled into the parking lot at 7:40. All lights off in the facility. Approximately 7:50 an elderly gentleman walks up to the doors grabs the handle to see if it was open and sure enough he walked right in. He flipped the lights on and started checking in on the iPad. Then I followed suit as well as additional 10 people. At 7:59 a lady comes in and starts shouting at everyone asking what is everyone doing, the place doesn’t open until 8, you all can’t be in here. People of all ages were in the lobby. It’s 0800 at the time she starts yelling. Why isn’t she already there and ready for the first patient?! Why hasn’t she set up and lights on. Why is she arriving at 0800 and why is she yelling at people when the door was unlocked? Why is she trying to find out who came in first and who turned on the lights. We are all there to get diagnostic services from Labcorp instead our Monday started off with a late employee shouting at us and then proceeding to call her boss and ream her for the weekend staff. What kind of organization are you running. The Second lady employee didnt even show up until 8:10. People are coming their for testing for all different reasons, most of us fasting, and certainly didn’t need to hear the absolute nonsense coming from your employee. Also I pay for my insurance and then pay the different for what my insurance doesn’t cover for the tests I get. It shouldn’t take your facility more than two days, unless it’s micro or send out, to post to a persons account. I have worked at a lab and know how things work. This place is ridiculous! I will never recommend this facility to ANYONE!"
"Carrie was by herself running around like a chick with it head cut off. She was awesome about being able to draw blood from me.. no one has ever been able to draw blood that quick from! The only reason this place does not get five stars the chairs to sit in really does not work for plus size people.."
"Every… and I mean EVERY time I dropped off labs here it’s always come back as “normal” and there is CLEARLY an issue going on with me or daughter. Then we get a second opinion and the other place give real results! Something actually was wrong… it’s happened 3 separate times and I’m officially DONE with this place. Not to mention I was the only person there, and sat waiting for 24 minutes JUST to hand them my damn Urine. No one was at the front. DO BETTER!"
"Miserable receptionist/tech behaved like my confusion was a personal attack on her. Rolled her eyes at me, cut me off when I was speaking, all because my organization didn’t provide proper documentation for my test. I get it, I was unprepared, but this wasn’t some deeply schemed plan to ruin this woman’s day. Yet that was the response I received. I wasn’t rude or demanding, I just asked for clarification on what I needed so I could set a future appointment. Couldn’t even get a word in to do so, so I left. I get it, it’s probably a terrible place to work because management over third-party labs is notoriously horrible and abusive. But the place to let those frustrations out is at the management office, or therapy…not during a random patient’s check-in time."
