"Everyone was nice and welcoming, the facility was super clean. They explained every procedure before and while it was being done. Even though I didn't reserve a space, I didn't have a long wait and they kept me updated on my wait time."
"Came in to test for Strep. I was able to save a spot in line. I arrived early and was taken right away. Everything went by really quickly. I’m a very nervous person when it comes to doctor visits and I was already feeling miserable that day; however, the staff made me feel completely at ease. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Loved my experience. I’d definitely go back (but hopefully don’t need to anytime soon ;) ). Wish I had the other two girls’ names that were nice as well, but I do remember Ashley was one of the nurses. She was very sweet. They all were."
"We went there October and the doctor was nice and offered us to refill a prescription one last time since my mom’s PCP appointment is not till January. we contacted them several multiple times and was told they will contact us back to contact the provider or doctor who saw my mom to get that refill authorized but they never called us back. Today we contacted them and was told they refilled it in Nov 12 but they really didn’t because the pharmacy said they never received the order. I contacted them back again and now the people there said that they are not wanting to refill it because my mom might need the same dosage which doesn’t make sense. If she was suppose to be taking that medication 18 days ago what possibly can change then? They want to see her and pay another fee to see the new provider. So much hassle and lie about all this. Story they trying to stick to but they know it doesn’t make sense. On top of that when you’re talking to them it’s like you have inconvenienced them by talking to them. Such a horrible, awful experience."
"Beware if you have a high deductible plan, DO NOT PRESENT YOUR INSURANCE CARD. A basic office visit WITHOUT insurance is charged at $120.00 I presented insurance and was charged $327.00. My high deductible plan paid $51, leaving me with a balance of $276!!!!!! Had I known this, I would have been self-pay. No one in billing would adjust this so I'm stuck paying $156 more than I would WITHOUT insurance. I feel duped and scammed. Lesson learned."
"Had to take my son to see a doctor for asthma symptoms. The facility was very clean. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Then were efficient and took care of business quickly! Definitely a great place to utilize if you need great care, quickly. Also I used the online check in that was very helpful!"
