"This job is stupid and there training programs is. They always say that they care about you. But they only care about how much sales and transfers you make. And they do this weird thing where you have to graduate to even keep your position at you job that they hired you for. While you are still in training they want you to do 125 transfer 9 sales and 80 hours of production time and this lead gen. And they double it this year then from last year when I was talking to other co-workers. Every one here is so fake including management and they give you pizza parties for your hard work."

"! HIRING PROCESS! This job is tele-sales, and they hire unhireable people, convicted felons and others with questionable pasts including management. No background or drug test required. WORKLIFE BALANCE: Awful work life balance. They fired an employee for taking “excused” time-off for doctor appointments after learning he might have cancer. JOB: Insurance agents are taught to manipulate seniors with sales-psychology: take-away-selling, fear-base-selling, story-base-selling, and one-call-closes. Sales trainers host morning meetings to excite agents to believe in what they are doing. Worst of all, there is favoritism which means you must fit into their culture to be successful. This is the culture and mindset of the company. ENVIORNMENT: Loud music, people smoke marijuana on work parking lot, street race on parking lot and surrounding areas, staff dressed in pajamas, favoritism, and unprofessionalism. I am sincerely, regrettably, and embarrassed to have worked there. I was hired in 2022 and left this horrid company like so many others in 2023. It’s frustrating to see new hires post naive positive reviews after 1 week of orientation.!!! PLEASE!!! WATCH THE docuseries-TELEMARKETERS on HBO. This company is the epitome of “THE BULLPIN”."

"Wasn’t a good experience for me although I’ve sold ,and was doing well it seem like a cult ,and only extreme favoritism is showed to a select few don’t tell upper management how you feel or express yourself because they will turn around take that information to agents thier friends with and tell them everything that you discussed with them .They will also send other agents to you to lecture you and discuss with you how you are feeling which to me is extremely unprofessional! When you are on the phone you constantly feel like you are under surveillance and leads are allocated according to thier favorites this job really stressed me out not because I couldn’t preform , but because of all the negative energy I got once I started selling everyone I started with has also left . I really feel like they might need to evaluate how some agents are being treated . I also felt I would never get equal opportunity to become a successful agent here because they have everything set up and rigged to keep you at a certain level maybe it might be an opportunity for someone else but not a good experience for me ! If you want to have a voice and not have upper management constantly go on red in teams to discuss and gossip with others it’s best you speak up for yourself to someone above them ."
