"I would give them even lower of a rating if I could. During July I got sick , very sick . I was informed I couldn't have a in patient appointment with my doctor due to covid so I was scheduled for a virtual visit . Til this day I'm still waiting on that call .. it's now October . No follow up or anything . I made another appointment in October ..The wait time even before you are seen could be hours . I actually was the only patient in the waiting room and I waited more then two hours to be seen . There is not enough compassion or care from this office . The front desk will take personal calls and ignore you , you are not a priority here . Doctors also do not pay attention to your file . I had my appendix removed and the doctor wanted to schedule a surgery to have it removed again ? He couldn't be bothered to look at my file to see he was the person who removed it. I am speaking of alot of years experience with this doctors office . I'm officially fed up and will be going somewhere else. Do not waste your time at this place . The level of care you receive would be better in a third world country as opposed to going here"
