"Lake view rooms. Nice upgraded hotel. B'fast had becon, sausages, scrambled eggs. Waffles added to hot serving. Will be back."
"Stayed for our wedding. Reserved early. We had 7 other couples stay. Rooms were mehhh.. Zero service. Rooms smelled. Had to get our own towels. Noisy. On top of being noisy, my best man and family were woken 3x the morning after the wedding. They had been blamed and scolded for being noisy. Definitely not them! No compensation or apologies given just continued to be blamed. Owner never came to the floor to check disturbance. Will not recommend or stay again. Other family members stayed in cabins. They were ok."
"They place is so clean and amazing staff is really nice and sweet giving our situation they could have made us leave but they didn't they worked with us and let us stay and I would highly recommend this to anyone"
"Outstanding customer service! Very beautiful and quiet view. The hotel is super nice and clean and the Cabins are absolutely beautiful. Roger and is wife are GREAT!! THANK YOU for understanding of our situation on not being able to stay all weekend. See you next time!!"
"My family rented out one of their Cabins for three nights, as my uncle was getting married in the banquet hall. Our rooms were clean and neat. Only complaints were tiny ants on the kitchen table, parking was small and on raised gravel, and the curtains in the rooms were see-through. Banquet hall and staff were phenomenal, as well as front end staff Pam and Raj, and lead maintenance man Gordon. They helped us through all of our problems and were super helpful!"
