McDonald's

"I live in Centralia, Illinois and our McDonald's sucks. So does the service. So we drive about 15 miles to Salem, Illinois and here lately their food and service is getting bad. Was in Carlyle, Illinois doing Christmas shopping and thought I would try McDonald's. Omg I was shocked! Food was fresh! Fries was hot and fresh. Fish sandwich was actually on the bun instead of thrown together and thrown in the box. Food was really good. Guy who took my order and my money was nice and friendly but the guy who handed me my food was very unfriendly. I definitely will eat here again. I just wish it wasn't so far away from where I live."

"Terrible service + atmosphere. Upon arrival, we are treated to ordering our food by a snobby cashier, who quickly asked "What do you want." while rolling his eyes. This plus the profanity of the kitchen staff talking to each other had me stunned and speechless for a moment. When I couldn't come up with an answer, he began to go on a rant on how it wasn't that hard to order food. After what felt like a wait of forever, our food finally arrives. The person who took our order shoved the food into my chest and said, "It's not my fault if you burn yourself." and walked away. This is the only beginning of the troubled I had. The food was EXTREMEMLY cold, as if it was just taken out of a freezer and microwaved. I couldn't even finish a quarter of my burger before feeling sick to my stomach and having to throw the thing away. Next, I bit into a single fry and the sogginess made me feel as if I was biting into a wet, rubbery towel. As if this wasn't bad enough, I then went up to the ketchup dispenser to fill a mini cup of ketchup to wash this poor excuse of food down my throat. To no surprise, it wasn't working, and when I pushed the handle up for the second time, the ketchup came out little by little. This was clearly taking too long, so I walked to the other dispenser. Upon pushing the handle down, the ketchup spit out of the dispenser quickly and stained my white shirt from the force of the ketchup being pushed out an alarming speed. Overall, don't go here. It is a waste of time, money, and the workers are so disrespectful to their customers it makes me wonder how they are still in business."

"Ordered an item without a topping due to the fact that I have an allergy to said ingredient they put it on anyway when I said something and informed them I had an allergy to the topping they told me that my allergy doesn't exist and that they wouldn't remake or comp my order... absolutely despicable behavior and every last employee working here deserves to be terminated for lacking a kindergarten education."

"The food was decent regular mcd quality. The guy who took the order was not polite and respectful. I don’t know what’s wrong. The kiosk didn’t work either. The restrooms are maintained in great condition."

"Well I go in my order never changes 2 sausage biscuits with cheese and a large caramel frappe with espresso in it what yesterday got a small caramel frappe with the express when it but they sport out the rest of it down the drain when they should have put it in a bigger cup don't know why I got small they got my sausage biscuits don't know why yes small coffee when I ordered the large and don't know why they pulled out all the rest of my drink down the drain when they should have put in a bigger cup like they're supposed to so therefore this McDonald's is giving the worst rating I've ever given at McDonald's before. I mean how hard is it do that job I done it before for many years with no problems"
