"On the surface, it looks clean.Then you realize that the housekeeping staff does not do a great job.We had to change rooms 4 times due to finding a lot of hair on the sheets.There was food stuck on the sides of the dressers.They left trash under the desk.The trash cans are never washed out.There are layers of gunk in them.There is mold in the gaps of the shower. The toilet seat was lose and would be an easy fix but they don't want to fix it.The refrigerator was not working.Obviously, if the housekeepers did a better job of cleaning, they would have noticed.Probably will not be staying here again.It just needs to be cleaned better."

"Pros: Lovely Rooms, cozy beds/pillows (for hotels at least), CLEAN, nice bathrooms. Breakfast is decent, it's the cheap free stuff like waffle maker and bagels and juices and cereals, but they also out out freezer unthawed scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Better than some. My only real complaint is they need to address their bug problem, I've seen 6 bugs in 3 days, it's not at the level of infestation or anything so don't freak out, but obviously bugs are coming in from the cold weather and these guys aren’t being proactive and putting out glue traps or escape proof lure boxes with poison bait. They would last 6 months done right too so I mean yeah its an expense you’d rather not have, but it's not that expensive all in all either, and they need to nip this in the bud."

"When you walk in the door it reeks of cheap cigarettes. Check in process took far too long. When we got to the room it smelled even more of cheap cigarettes than the lobby. Sheets were not very clean with hair/hairballs and interesting stains. Beds were not very comfortable. A strange man knocked on our door and started yelling to let him in and that he had just got out of jail. Called the front desk and they were super helpful. They contacted the police and apparently they already knew about this guy. And to top it all off, I wanted to take a shower to wind down after that stressful situation, and there was a little roach friend there to join me in the bathroom."

"This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Roaches, ants, and the smell of curry are the best words I can think of to describe our stay. Every sheet of our 4 beds had bodily fluid stains on it. They claim to provide hot breakfast, but the only thing they provide is old milk, stale cereal, and expired bread. Don’t be fooled by the various machines in their breakfast bar, none of them are functional. Don’t expect to find anyone at the front desk. If you’d don’t believe me, just give them a call. 9/10 times they won’t answer, and their mailbox has been full for who knows how long. Forget about any complaints you have during your stay, as they will make false promises until it’s too late to cancel your reservation. I kept getting told “we’re working on it” and “we will have it sorted out in no time” until it was already halfway through my stay, at which point I was told I have the option to leave but they won’t refund me as I’ve already used my reservation. Believe me, you can get better hotels for a similar price."

"Me and my wife stayed here 1-6-24 and the place was still discusting. We seen multiple roaches. The floors in the room, hallway and elevator were all sticky and the amount of dirt you could clearly see on the floor even with high traffic wouldn’t be that dirty unless it wasn’t mopped in a week. The only good thing about this place was the price but I would rather have spent the extra money for a cleaner hotel. Also there breakfast is 6-9 we came down at 7 there was no breakfast. If you’re offering it till 9 it should stay stocked until then. This place should be shut down until they pass an inspection."
