"If you are an attorney and need someone served with process, DO NOT use this company. I hired them to serve 2 defendants at the same address, they sent two separate process servers who both went to the address within 1 hour of each. They came back with completely different stories of who lived there, who they spoke with, etc. Neither person was served and customer service is nonexistent. There’s isn’t even a phone number to call to address the situation."

"I'm an attorney. I used ABC for serving subpoenas. It first messed up on the witness fee, even though I requested the fee be paid. More recently, it just try to serve a witness (again) for a proceeding that took place four months ago. This came out of the blue. I was notified of the attempted service (witness was not present), and I immediately informed them to not serve the witness. It disregarded my request and served him anyway... for a proceeding four months in the past. Nothing about this makes any sense."

"This company keeps showing up to our suite, looking for a business that is no longer in the suite. When my coworkers explain to the process servers they are completely rude. At this point if they come to our suite again I will be calling the police after we have told them multiple times that we are the only business in this suite and to leave us alone. We don't know who they are looking for but that company is not us."

"Yesterday a Process Server appeared at our home to deliver documents. My husband told him that he had the wrong address. We are the only owners of this home and have been here for 5 years and that the person he was looking for did not live here. Today, i opened my door to find documents laying in my plants next to my door in the rain. No envelope, no knock on the door, nothing. The papers were not even stapled together. The individual that the documents are for has a court date in 14 days and has no idea because some processer decided to drop the papers here so that he could falsely report that he completed his job to get a fee. Very unethical!! I would not recommend this company because i would never want my documents handled in this manner. The person did not even leave a card or name of the company. Just so happen i heard him mention the name of the company yesterday."

"As a process server who has been working Central taxes for almost 5 years now, employed by multiple firms, I can say without a doubt ABC legal treats their process servers with the least respect out of any firm I’ve ever worked for. Their customer service is terrible, none of them have actually served papers before so they have no understanding of what it’s actually like in the field. If you were server, and you were looking for work, stay away from this nickel and dime Mickey Mouse company."
