"We are providers and by far CHC is the worst led insurance company that we have worked with. It seems like it cant get any worse and then you talk to a supervisor and you understand why this company lacks leadership. I wish I was exaggerating, but I have no idea how anything is getting done over there. We are no longer accepting CHC clients and I welcome executive leadership to respond. It's one thing to be terrible at what you do and its another when those consequences have effects on others. You are single handedly losing providers because of your failed leadership. I hope members start looking elsewhere because there are alot of options available to them."

"One can see the horrible leadership from the top down with this organization. -Being disconnected when calling as a provider or a member due to “high volume of calls” -Authorization requests for medically urgent services take almost a week to be reviewed -A system upgrade wreaked havoc and entailed weeks long remediation -100 employees, including nurses, fired in a single call via Zoom. Because CHC “ran out of covid funding” ***If you have issues that CHC refuses to resolve, file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance. They act swiftly, will get your situation resolved, and issue financial penalties to CHC. Unfortunately, this is the only way to get their attention***"

"I scheduled 2 weeks ago. Confirmed the appointment. No contact for virtual link. I called and that she will reach out once completes session prior to my son's appointmentment. It's 20 past his appointment and nothing. Not a she's running late or anything. I guess I just had to wait even if it was an hr past, who knows. Unprofessional, no wonder they had no wait time for an appt. Wouldn't recommend."

"My plan was setup by a representative to be on autopay. Somehow it wasn’t setup correctly. They didn’t let me know there were issues with payment processing. No call or email. They cancelled my plan and made me inactive. I met all of my deductibles and once they made their money they cancelled my plan. I’m a provider and I will tell all of my patients to change from this insurance company. Don’t forget the doctors recommendations go a long way with patients. Horrible insurance company by far. Choose another company"
