If I worked 86 hours in a 2 week period then I should be getting paid time and a half but my boss stated because she didn't ask me to work over time, I'm getting paid regular rate instead of overtime pay. Can she do this under state law? "She was recently dealing with a case that I was involved with and I could not get her to return emails or any phone calls. She pushed the entire case to the wayside and did not speak to any victims in the case. If she does not want to or know how to she just pushes things to the side not caring what happens to the people involved. Sadly, someone who was in the wrong got off on no charges due to her not wanting to do her job. Be very careful with this one if you choose her for representation."
