Even when I said I had to flip over from my stomach, he still was able to adjust and work with what was most comfortable for me. Much needed relaxation and at a great price for a 2 hour massage."

"I’ve been going to this spa location for the past five years. When I moved to another suburb, I tried to cancel my membership. I hand-delivered the paperwork to Hand and Stone Kildeer requesting that they cancel my membership, yet they continue to charge my credit card for the $69.95 per month membership fee. I asked them to please discontinue my membership, but they still want to charge my credit card. I had to call the credit card company and have my card re-issued then they went and charged another credit card that I used as payment, as well as my husband’s credit card who had purchased gift cards for me for Christmas from them. When I called to complain about this, the “manager” who did not give her name refused to stop charging the $69.95 per month fee.There has been a high turnover of massage therapists at this location and I have heard this is because of poor management. Buyer beware! Do not take out a membership at this location because they will not treat you fairly if you ever want to stop it, and they are very rude when you try to investigate why they’re charging you. I was hung up on by this “manager”— not worth the time."

"12/27/2022 Downgrading my review MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO MANAGE THIS LOCATION BETTER!! not sure whats wrong but they are not able to keep up with the schedules of their customers. If you call last minute (within 24hours) to reschedule, they will charge you full fee for the service but they can reschedule your appointment very last minute coz the esthetician or masseuse called in sick. Lately this happened multiple times when i have been called to reschedule the appointment for a different date and time or with different person. They are not able to retain their employees and also what i have observed is that they are sending the good estheticians to another location. I always make my next appointment at the time of checkout but lot of rescheduling happening. Previous review I don't why this business has such low rating. But i really loved their service. I for this mailer in my mail and i called them and made same day appointment. Yvonne was my esthetician and she did and Amazing job. I even enrolled in their membership and will be using their services on monthly basis. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Update from next visits: I am loving this place. Got fully body massage twice. Mary is great Massage therapist. She makes sure every problem area is taken care of."

"Massage is Best way to Relax your body. My best place for massage is Hand & stone massage where I'm never disappointed. One hour massage make my body and mind, fresh and calm. Oil applied by them for massage had good fragrance, I got eucalyptus aromatherapy. Reception area was very neat and clean. I liked the skin care products displayed in reception area. Drinking water machine was available there. Good service and very peaceful environment. Massage was very relaxing and enjoyable I have decided to do my massage done monthly Hand and stone is highly recommendable."
