"I went to this pawn shop looking for a good deal on a firearm, since a couple of my friends told me that they had purchased from them. As I arrived at the store I was greeting by the employee behind the counter. I scrolled around the store since it was my first time there, and I was able to find the fire arms rather quick. I had to wait for a store employee because they all where assisting other customers. I waited around 10 minutes and then en employee came by to help me. I asked him about the process to buy firearms and he told me about the background check and all that. He asked me for an ID but since I left it in my truck I had to go get it. When I came back with my ID he was able to show me some guns and when I found the one I wanted I was ready to start negotiating. The guy told me that was the price and that was it, there was no negotiations on fire arms. I was very surprised because it is a pawn shop and all pawn shop negotiate prices. The guy told me that was not the case with fire arms. I ended up leaving without purchasing the gun because they didn’t offer me a good deal, I feel like I just went there to waste my time. I ended up purchasing the gun at a Academy store and the price was not that much higher than the one at the pawn shop even though that one was used. Not a good experience."
"I bought a beautiful ring for my husband for valentines day. I got a great deal and the customer service was on point. My husband was very happy with his gift!"
"In December I put on layaway an iPad w smart keyboard for $700 the keyboard worth $200 new or at least $100 used, and for personal stuff I forgot to make my payment in time in January 28,It was Sunday and the store was close, so the system let you make your payment in the next business day. Well I call at the 30th I was told that I have three day to reactivate it and the girl told me that she will hold everything (iPad & keyboard)for me at the 31th, but when I walked into the store the assist manager told me that her District Manager Ileana told them to raised the price from $700 to $900 and supposedly they sold the keyboard from one day to the other but I know the district manager keep the keyboard cause I know her cause I just to work for this company 4 years ago and she always do that. So I lost $100 cause even that they can reactivate the layaway and respect what I paid, they refused to do it."
"Bad service was there waiting for someone to help me and they help two other customers that came after me"
"Tried to buy a silver coins, each a Troy ounce spot being 25ish bucks. They were selling generic rounds for 60. I asked why so high and the guy said it’s because they sell it per gram. There are 31 ish grams in an ounce of silver with the gram value of about 80 cents a gram at the time of writing. He said they were selling at like 2 bucks a gram what a rip off."
