"Worst place ever. So many people who do nothing. They are pass the buck people. Dr. Rahhkit - un caring - all about passing patients on to other doctors under his umbrella - to see who much they can collect for him. Seems he carries a big chip over his dad dying from cancer. I had the misfortune of spending weeks without care - I will never forget the day he looked me straight in the eye and with a big smile on his face told me I had stage 4 pancreatic cancer and instead of starting treatment he only wanted to do more tests????????????????????????????? I finally was able to speak to a MR rep at the Memorial City location whom was extremely RUDE. I tried to explain a few things to her and she kept cutting me off to transfer me to a very helpful person by the name od Bre, she was able to correct the problem and took the time to help me."

"horrible!!!!! brought my grandmother here today for her 1pm appointment at about 1215 get to the office there is a sign posted stated that the office is closed until tomorrow! why wouldn't any send a courtesy call or something of that nature to inform patients who had SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS that your office would be closed on the day you all scheduled appointments ! I called the number listed the rude lady that answered had the audacity to tell me that she don't know why I courtesy call wasn't given or what we should do about the mishap this is horrible"
