"Dr. Nguyen is amazing at what he does. He's been there for my mom's entire journey through acute leukemia, making sure she gets the best care and treatment. The only hiccup was a week-long delay for her initial bone marrow biopsy because they had trouble confirming insurance coverage at first. It was frustrating because it was urgent, but it seems like money can sometimes be more important than anything else, even in healthcare. But just to be clear, that delay wasn't Dr. Nguyen's fault; it was more on the administration side."

"This practice does not provide a translation service. Several Nurse practitioners substitute the doctor, and even when the doctor is present in the office, he doesn’t come into the office to see me.
