"Overall a good place to get a facial. Don’t recommend the membership. I signed the forms to get mine cancelled a few weeks ago but got charged for the membership again. Edit: I was refunded for my membership this month, so I am adding some starts to my rating. I appreciate management’s response to my complaint."

"To be honest, I’m really disappointed in this place. I really had high hopes and thought it was going to Good because the receptionist was very nice and the place is well put together . I paid for a 90 minute massage and paid a little extra for it to be deep tissue. The gentleman who did my massage did not do deep tissue. I kept having to tell him if he can apply more pressure and he would for the first minute and then it’ll go back to a very light massage. I honestly just wanted to get up because I felt like it was just a waste of my time. I told him the spots that I wanted to target, and he mainly only did my shoulders when I explained to him it was my lower back . It was honestly the worst professional massage I’ve ever had and I’ve been to plenty of professional masseuse. I also paid for a facial. I felt like the girl was just trying to sell me things. I told her that my main concern was the little blackheads around my nose. Clearly she didn’t listen to what I said because my nose looks the exact same !!! I came home n pushed them out myself! I don’t get to pamper myself often so I was very excited , this was a birthday gift and honestly it was just a waste of my time and money ($250!!) I could’ve spent that on something that was worth it!!!!!!!! Thanks for nothing and for ruining my me time n birthday gift!"

"The staff is very kind and welcoming. They work hard to ensure no one is waiting for an extended period. Love the warm neck wrap. Most importantly, Amy T. is an incredible massage therapist and Tahlia is amazing at facials. Thankful for both of them. They are the reason I keep coming back. The membership is worth the investment."

"Was a member for several years, going monthly. Recently, the customer service has been less than appealing. Three times in the last month and a half, they have cancelled my appointment, sometimes the day before, various reasons. When I called today to confirm if my appointment was still a go, was told no. They asked if I could come in tomorrow at 10am or noon - I could not due to work. I asked if they could just refund me given the experience and they have been hard to work with. The manager hung up on me. No longer a member."
