"I've been here a couple of times. What you get depends on the nail tech. I was super happy with my first set, but the tech who did my fill 3 weeks later cut and filed them crooked. In a pinch they'll do, but I'm still looking for my new spot."

"I've been going to Victoria Nails for over 15 years. I love Christina and my husband loves Kathy even he likes getting Pedicures. The prices are reasonable it's close to home. I can usually get hours that meets our schedules and right now I can't see going anywhere else."

"By far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I’ve never done a review on a nail salon but I feel like I have to with this place and it’s more with the nail tech herself not the salon. I’m usually never picky and even if I’m not 100% satisfied with my nail shape or color I don’t say anything and go home no big deal but I could not keep quiet this time! The lady tech was so rude never said hello to me, I could tell she was talking about me and when she was done with my pedicure she didn’t even say she was done she just left me there until I realized she was done so I grabbed my stuff and moved to the front..where someone else told me to sit in her chair.. I didn’t want her again but I didn’t want to be rude so I sat with her.. when she was done with my nails she never said she was done again !! she continued talking to her coworker and completely disregarded me so I got up and walked to the front desk to pay!! also when I told her what I didn’t like she blamed it on me. She made me bleed in more than one spot never saw her use an antibacterial gel for the spot when I was bleeding !! Never saw her open new tools either so I’m praying I don’t get an infection !!! Just horrible overall. I don’t like being confrontational even when I’m dissatisfied so I paid and left but I got home and even showed my husband and he even agrees they look bad ! Sad because it’s such a nice place on the inside. The receptionist was really nice, young blonde girl, and gave me an appt to come back and get them fixed since I got there at 4:30 and left at 7pm !! I could not stay any longer. I paid $107 for a regular polish pedicure, they charged me $10 to remove the gel on my toes that I had which I’ve never paid for that anywhere else.. and I got a no chip full set."

"I come here every three weeks. They’re definitely people I won’t go to. This past time I got my nails done I was charged an extra $6 for this “oval French” shape and then they messed up. I’ll let you spot the difference. When I asked her to fix it she said what? And I was going to come back but only had one day off and worked the following six days. Now it’s too late to get it fixed."
