"Took my team for a mani and pedicure, both got no chip mani and pedi. I went for take off and full set, since I recently had my pedicure done. They started my nails at 6:10pm and I was done at 8:10, my team was done way before me. My nails were soak for 30min when I was told 10-15min. They were not cleaned or filed, the tips were put over my nails without buffing or filing, then was moved with another technician. $77 for my nails definitely not happy. I was going to get a gift card for a pedicure that I did not get but I chose not too. I was very disappointed. I wanted to give my team the coco nail bar experience but I definitely did not get it. My initial technical definitely did not wanted to do my nails."
