"Love Dr Kannan. She is friendly, respectful & aggressive in her treatment plans, which we love! Rather aggressive than passive, being a cancer patient. What I don’t like is the ability to readily communicate w/Dr Kannan or a member of her team via the portal, which has nothing to do with Dr Kannan…just thought I’d mention the poor quality of the portal! UPDATE: The portal is called “Navigation Care” & Dr Kannan’s RN, Christina, is VERY diligent in responding to messages I leave on the portal. So there has certainly been a 180-degree turnaround from my previous experience."
