"Had my first new patient exam and evaluation of a sports injury to my shoulder today. Let me start by saying I typically NEVER write reviews. However, I was compelled to write one today. From the moment I entered the suite I was blown away by the waiting room, the friendliness of the staff, and just how well the check in process went and how fast they had me into the exam room. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in a primary care medical appointment setting. When I met Dr. Bontreger she was amazing. She was friendly, interested in finding the problem and a solution, and the appointment never felt rushed to get me in and out. She took the time to fully evaluate my injury, thoroughly explaining things to me about how to reduce pain and inflammation, and how to address the problem from multiple angles to recover quickly. Really truly grateful and impressed! Dr. Bontreger and her staff did an amazing job today! Happy to have a new PCP."
