"I am so disappointed as a physician myself in Dr.Adams and staff’s behavior today. This clinic defintely is neglecting children because now they are over-booked. My daughter has been seen multiple times for the same issue with zero improvement. Their front staff is rude. They never have appointments with the main doctor and today Dr.Adams came into the appointment just to yell at us because we were insistent that there is something that is being missed because she is not getting better under her care despite the multiple rounds of antibiotics. As a doctor myself, I have no choice but to file a board complaint against this office. I am thoroughly disappointed in Dr.Adam’s neglectful and rude behavior. I am truly shocked. They are not accepting new patients, but I would think twice before continuing care here for your children. Was surprised to see that when you search strep or antibiotics on this page, there are other families whose kids were neglected! Makes me feel like we are not the only ones."

"Stay away. I could not have every imaginable writing this review 5 years ago when we started with Dr. Adam’s. Her practice has grown exponentially since but it has come at a cost. There has been a complete loss of care for the patient experience. Staff is rude (especially Sistina), Dr Adam’s has added Nurse practitioners versus pediatricians to keep up with the demand. We were in today to have our older daughter seen after having been there on Monday with our youngest. I politely suggested that Dr. Adam’s should also take a look at our younger daughter as she’s still not better. The front staff rudely told me that she’s not going to do that. In the middle of our exam, Dr. Adam’s stepped in to yell at us and let us know that she would not see our daughter until we pay more. It all felt so sleezy, not something you expect from your pediatrician. All this even when we are cash paying patients with no balances. Clearly, they only care about their bottom line and how much money they can squeeze out of you. She could have cared less why our daughter isn’t better. Didn’t care that maybe she had been negligent perhaps."

"My daughter has been seeing Dr. Adams since she was born in 2015. When Dr. Adams opened this practice, we followed her here and we couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is always so nice and accommodating, and whether we come in for a scheduled appointment or urgent care, the wait is never long. The building itself is always super clean, which is rare for a children’s clinic tbh. My daughter unfortunately is sick all the time so we have been in A LOT. We’ve seen both Dr. Adams and NP Whitney Spraggins many, many times, and they have been nothing but compassionate and wonderful every single time, even when they are clearly swamped with sick children. I was reading other reviews and was surprised at some of the one stars, but they look like very isolated, specific experiences. I personally have always had prompt, friendly service by all the staff for the entirety of this practice being open (5-6 years?) and couldn’t recommend them enough."
