"We bought a complete kit from them 1 1/2 year ago. Sand filter, motor, pump. The motor quit working last week. My husband took it in to have them look at it. The owner told him she didn't sell that motor to him. She said the date on it said 2011. He said yes you did and she called him a liar. I had him take the motor in to see if it could have been fixed. If not I was fine with buying a replacement motor from them. I will never ever due any business with them again. I am going to dig out the receipt tonight and mail her a copy to prove she did sell this to me."
