"I was referred to Dr. Watters, unfortunately the staff is rather unprofessional. I called right after new years and was told they had received my referral and I would have to wait 2 weeks. After 2 and a half weeks I called back and they still confirmed they had my referral and sent me to new patient where I left a message. After one week of no call back I called again and was sent to new patient and spoke with someone who assumed my last name was my first name and couldn't find my referral. I explained pothe main office had confirmed my referral, she wss confused by my statement and directed me to send the referral agian. I called back to talk to the front office agian to see if they had my referral and I was met with an aggressive tone "we are just operators we don't know those things. I tried to explain I had been told twice you had it and i was abruptly transferred back to new patient in which they did not pick up. I am sure Dr. Watters is great, she helped my dad as a cancer patient. But all too familiar these days, the staff ruins the reputations of their doctors. This is an oncologist office in which many people are facing the worst days of their lives. There is no room for pettiness and rudeness."
