"Although Dr Ruxer provides excellent treatment for cancer patients, his delay in referring my wife to MD Anderson in Houston for treatment cost her life. Doctors at MDA said had they seen her 6 months sooner she could have been cured with their trial medicines. I cannot forgive Dr. Ruxer for his decision to delay referring her there. Great doctor, poor judgement."
