"I got a call from a very rude receptionist that assumed me to immediately make an appointment, on that surprise call, that she made to me with no answers available. My doctor said that i might not ever need any surgery, and maybe wont see any difference in a decade or more for the non-emergency issue. This receptionist didn't have time to hear any questions or hear any of that when she called, and wanted me to know that she was too busy to become knowledgeable of anything when i asked those simple questions. Still, I made an appointment because she's not a direct representation of the Doctor, i thought; But she called me some days later to tell me in haste "your e-mail bounced.", just after telling me where she was calling from with a still agressive additude. I cancelled the appointment, and she got even more upset. "Your e-mail bounced.". I gave her my correct e-mail. I'm going to get this exam somewhere else. Maybe surgeon's offices need closers in the phase of appointment booking leads, but i didnt appreciate phone calls from someone like that. Wouldn't want to deal with having to communicate with, or for my family to need to deal with, that person in the future."

"Very kind, straight to the point, and clear about explaining my procedure. Office staff is super sweet and helpful. I’ve had a lot of surgeries by many surgeons but never felt compelled to review. Dr. Wills is the exception, she was just very personable and I think that’s important for doctors to have that trait especially in times like these."

"Have had several surgeries done by her for breast cancer.. all other doctors and nurses comment on what a good job she did scars are hid and everythiing looks wonderful.. she did my port in my chest and the Oncologist says perfect placement ..he sees some cases that creates problems for chemo. I heard a lot of complaints when I was in chemo labs from nurses and patients.. not hers!!!! I had it for 4 1/2 years she just took it out last month and tiny scar that will probably fade away. She could be a plastic surgeon!! I have told her! Love her detailed work and how much she cares for her patients!! Deb Cox"
