"I'm so heartbroken. I have been bring my fur baby here for 12 years. I took him regularly for visits. Each time he would get sick I would tell the tech and the doctor about his symptoms. Dr. Hester did do blood work on him once and said everything looked good. My doggy kept getting sick over the years. The other vet doctors and techs always said it is a bacteria infection or virus then antibiotics was given. November 2023 took him back, the doc put him on antibiotics. He seem to be doing better. After 3 weeks he got sick again, at the end of December I took him back told another new doc he is still sick and told him the symptoms...again more antibiotics and he also prescribed him Prednisone. Boy what a mistake. He got even sicker after 10 dosage of the Prednisone and his stomach was bloated. I took him back he seen a new doc again February 10th. I told the doc his symptoms and he is getting sicker from the meds the last doctor had him on. She gave him a shot, stronger antibiotic and nausea medication. Dr. Anna Moseley did an x ray on my fur baby and found he had a mass on his heart and spleen. After the shot, later that day He seemed to be doing better at his food and begin playing. She also prescribe him some pain medicine on the 12th. On the 13th she did another x ray and blood work to screened him for cancer. Results came back his blood work was all off, the masses were cancerous. Because of his age and the size of the masses she didn't recommend treatment or surgery just keep him comfortable. My fur baby had to be put to sleep on February 26th at 2:30pm. He was suffering and in so much pain but trying to hold on for me. My kids and I are so heartbroken but glad we had 16 more days to spend with him. I thanked Dr. Moseley for finally finding out what was really going on with my doggy. SHE DIDN'T JUST TREAT THE SYMPTOMS BUT FOUND THE ROOT CAUSE OF ALL HIS SICKNESS. Of course I chose her to put my fur baby to sleep. You are the Best Dr. Anna Moseley. The other doctors didn't even think about or consider screening him for cancer over the years with having all those signs and symptoms. RIP My Buddy...Love and miss you dearly. I'm glad you are not sick and suffering anymore. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. I would recommend Dr. Anna Moseley. Get A Second Opinion If Your Fur Baby Is Continuously Being Sick And The Root Cause Have Not Been Found And Addressed. Hope this helps someone."
"This office has totally gone down hill. We recently had our family pet in for a procedure and received him back dirty with no antibiotics for his surgery. He developed an infection from the surgery and passed away a couple days later. We took him in when he stated showing pain and the new vet on duty look at him and shook his head and told us he had an infection from the surgery and prescribed antibiotics. He looked at us and asked who did the surgery and just shook his head. This would have never happened when Dr. Hester was around. He cared about his clients and their loved ones and would have never sent them home dirty and without antibiotics. Now that he has retired the facility seems to be turned over to incompetent people who really do not care for your pets. I recommend anyone seeking help for their loved ones to go somewhere else. I will never take another loved one here. If I could rate them lower than a 1 star I would."
"EDIT: The below review was BEFORE Dr Hester showed his NEED to retire!! As I stated in the original, we had trusted Dr H. When our beloved Arianna was diagnosed as diabetic we bent over backwards trying to do everything we'd been instructed to do; but NOTHING was working. Unbeknownst to us, NOT ALL INSULIN works for every dog (this WHY there are different types/makes, we later learned!) Unfortunately, Dr H was DEAD SET on the one type he prescribed and due to "uncontrolled" diabetes, Arianna developed pancreatitis too. Since the diabetes wasn't controlled neither was the pancreatitis! Ultimately it came down to her needing surgery for another issue that Dr H wouldn't attempt, so we were referred elsewhere. THIS was when we were first informed that there were other insulin options available, but tragically it was too late for our dear Arianna! She lost her life at only 8.5 yrs because Dr H was too set in his ways to consider other options. Hopefully now that he's officially retired, the "new blood" will be more open to stepping into the 21st century!!! Original review: We wouldn't trust ANYONE with our beloved pet, more than we do Rosenberg Veterinary and/or Dr. Hester! Friendly and more importantly CARING staff, convenient location & hours, and wonderful prices, and Dr. Hester's years of experience SIMPLY CANNOT BE BEAT!!"
"I love this vet office! The team is knowledgeable and kind. My fur babies don't always like their visits, but I definitely appreciate the staff! Hot tip- always leash your dogs before bringing them into the lobby. And I HIGHLY recommend bringing your cat in a carrier."
"this is our favorite local vet. You can tell the staff got into the business because of their passion for animals, and it translate to the care they provide. This is also home to the most reasonable prices in town. Highly recommend"
