"Deondra has the worst customer service ethic ever!! Over talking me, asking me a question and not giving me a chance to answer but calling out the wrong dang medication and not freaking listening was something to ponder…who took your test?!! I’m assuming she’s just a tech but by all means think as a medical professional and behave as such!"
"The pharmacist tech named Kay was the rudest person I dealt with to get a status of medication for my parents prescription. No customer service skills whatsoever and I asked her to speak to a supervisor she hung up my call. CVS please do a better a job in training your employees."
"There is a black woman with reddish braided hair that works at the pharmacy that shouldn't be working there. The few times she has given me my prescriptions, she has been very rude. Her customer service is a zero. And just today, telling my mom about how unprofessional that lady is, my mom asked me to describe her and when I did, she said that yesterday, she went to get her prescription and that same arrogant, unprofessional lady gave her attitude just because my mom asked her if she could cancel a medication that she hasn't been taking. I don't get why she's working at a place where she has to provide service to people if she doesn't like providing service to people."
"CVS takes my insurance and this is the closest CVS to me, so I'll probably still get my prescriptions there, but I'm going to make every effort to get my vaccines at a different location in the future. They were actually okay the other times I've been there for a vaccine, but today was an unpleasant circus. First I had some questions in addition to my vaccine, but the person I was talking to said that she couldn't answer them but the pharmacist would when he gave me my vaccine. Okay, fine. Then they asked if I had filled out the forms online. I had to tell them multiple times that I made the appointment by telephone, because the CVS website would not allow me to make it online, and I had not received either a text or an email with a link to fill out the forms, so of course I had not filled out the forms. By the way, the person who asked this was the pharmacist on his way to give me the vaccine. Then the original person I talked to gave me printed forms and said it was her bad not to have given them to me when I arrived. Yes, it certainly was. Then the pharmacist gave me my vaccine and told me they came in packs of four and therefore he was wasting three doses like that was my fault. It's not my fault if the manufacturer has this stupid packaging. Then when I rolled up my right sleeve he said oh you want it in your right arm like it was inconsiderate of me to want it on the opposite side from where he was sitting. Last I heard you could get a shot in either arm that you wished. Then I asked him my questions, and he said he would come back and answer them. I spent the waiting time doing some things on my phone, so at least it wasn't wasted. I think I gave him about 5 minutes and then went up to the counter. One of the things I wanted was for my primary care physician to be in my records so that she would be sent my vaccine information. He claimed he couldn't find her in the system. She was there. Then he said he couldn't add her because I didn't have any maintenance medicines with her. I said what??! He finally condescended to add her, I think. I don't actually trust that he did. Then when I tried to ask my second question he said oh I have to go give another vaccine. Needless to say, I thought to myself, well you'd have time to answer it if I hadn't been sitting twiddling my thumbs for 5 minutes. I stood there a while waiting to see if someone else would come and see if I needed anything, but nobody else did. So I said screw it, out loud, and left. As I said, it is not my intention to return to this location for vaccines in the future. I think you can see why. It's too bad because my previous vaccines here have been just fine. I'm pretty sure I got them from a different pharmacist, although I must admit to not paying particular attention to the faces or the names. It seems unlikely, though, that the same pharmacist could be very nice one time and such a jerk this time, so I'm 99% sure the nice pharmacist was a different one."
"I shopped here today and was delighted to see that they have added two (2) self checkout registers that were easy to use. However, personal touch is still available in case you need assistance from an employee. The store is easy to navigate as aisles are labeled by category. The shelves are labeled with item price, including current deals and discounts. They sell almost everything as you’ll find chocolates, beauty/office/cleaning products, and more in addition to OTC and other healthcare items. Prices are a bit higher than other stores, but you pay for the convenience of shopping quickly (smaller store, focused on healthcare) and having a variety of choices for your healthcare-related needs. 3 years ago: My review is regarding getting PASSPORT PHOTOS only. We first went to the Richmond post office, but was informed that they don't do passport photos separately, but only as a part of passport application done through them. So we went to CVS on Reading Rd. and was helped by a very pleasant & competent employee by the name of Megan. It was quick & easy. And I was able to use my CVS Extra Care card rewards so I didn't have to pay the $14.99 for 2 photos. She even made sure we liked how the photo image came out. I'm very pleased."
