"In 2021, the staff at VERGI’s saved my baby boy Ambrose (cat) during the horrible freeze. He developed a urinary blockage due to stress and they saved him. Sadly, on Christmas Eve he passed away at just 4 yrs old. I reached out to them and a young lady named Elizabeth helped me immensely by setting up cremation. Her compassion during this time was unbelievable and so appreciated . Thank you for your help."

"They were very helpful and comforting through a difficult time with our cat. They followed up with us after and were very sympathetic. The Vet and staff explained things and didn't make us feel rushed. I get people may be frustrated with costs of an emergency vet but it would be the same situation if it was a hospital or urgent care. They were very upfront with costs and I also saw them spend a lot of time helping someone with financial support options. They didn’t hide any costs and explained pricing before anything was done. I was there for a few hours but I would have expected that. I feel like I can trust them and would take my pet here again if needed."

"This place showed us more compassion than my regular vet. Incase of an emergency bring your pet here. Bring your wallet but definitely bring your pet. In my hardest time today when I felt like maybe there isn't any options they gave me plenty of options. We went with the best one and now my baby is recovering.
