"PHARMACY IS NO LONGER OPEN 24 HOURS but the store is. Pharmacy hours changed to 8am - 10pm 7 days a week. You can still walk into the store 24/7. I rated 3 stars because of the change in hours since that’s the exclusive reason I come to this Walgreens. Note: most of the other Walgreens pharmacies close at 7pm. 10pm is still better hours. I’ve had a lot of complaints about this store in terms of speed of service from the pharmacy. But the truth is, they’re the busiest Walgreens I’ve ever been to and they service everyone coming out of the hospitals, and used to do it 24/7. CVS is across the street but never did 24 hour for the pharmacy so Walgreens got more business. I’ve stood in line and waited in the car line plenty for years. No one is standing around goofing off and they’re all working hard and quick. The sheer volume keeps them bogged down. Sure, they could have more people behind the counter but they already have a big crew working back there and they would be less productive with more people. Walk in and stand in line inside and you’ll see the most ridiculous customers who apparently know nothing about life and ask 2,000 questions, who want to tell the techs about their life, or complain about something that Walgreens can’t change. The phone rings constantly and the drive through always has cars. It’s easy to complain when you’re focused on yourself. They’re all good people working there and they do an excellent job, even if it’s not up to our personal standards. They know what they’re doing and they do it well. Regardless of the hour change, I’ll keep going."

"Says 24 hours and even though there is a pharmacist on staff at the window they cannot sell you Children’s Sudafed because their “register is not equipped to sell that at at the window” save your time and go to the CVS across the street or the lobby and store is open 24 seven and there’s a pharmacist there"

"The slowest Walgreens of any places in any city or state . 1. Came to drive-thru , no cars in line , girls inside walking backnforth talking to pharmacist for at least 15 minutes before coming to help customer. 2. It is always like this at this LOCATION IN SAN ANTONIO. 3. SOMEONE IN CORPORATE SHOULD COME HERE TO SEE THIS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE THIS LOCATION GOES BANKRUPT !"

"Was told yesterday my prescription would be ready, drove 20 minutes out of my way on my lunch break to be told they don't have any of my medications. Wish I wasn't told on the phone they were ready. I not only waste my time and gas, but could have also let my Doctor know to send a new prescription somewhere else."

"I have never seen such rude people in a pharmacy in my life! There's a young girl named Marisela a Pharmacy Tech that was so coldly rude you could cut the cold air with a knife, the one with the nose piercing talking rudely to an elderly gentleman, and the window girl. Wow! Horrible."
