But the biggest reason I didn’t rate higher is his front office. They are rude ,they ignore you ,and scurry around without acknowledging your presence."

"After having had years of good experiences here, I was informed their policy is now demanding you drop off your pet in the morning, they keep them kenneled without you there and you can no longer just bring your pet in on a scheduled clinic visit. Nope. I found a new vet, as this policy leaves entirely too much risk of the owner not being present for any issues. I don't kennel my dog when I'm on holiday... Why would I allow it for a simple office check-up? Sad to say, but this practice isn't what it used to be."
