"Extremely rude employees at the register and at the pharmacy . Went to the pharmacy at 9 am to pick up a prescription. They told us it would be in by 2pm . We came in at 7 pm and they said they didn’t have it . Wow would have been nice to get a call or text to let us know because now the other Walgreens are closed ."
"They need to be more specific about the free flu vaccines that you need to have health insurance and not all health insurances are covered for the flu vaccine. And it took the pharmacy worker about 15 minutes to let me know that my insurance wouldn’t cover the free flu vaccine."

"Some of the staff in the check out are very friendly but I have mainly had issues with the drive through pharmacy. We waited in front of the window for over 45 minutes for our COVID test and got very minimal interaction with the staff. Yes we did have an appointment and they were still unprepared. This isn’t something you can go inside for so we just had to bide our time and wait. People in the cars behind us came up to our car asking why we were sitting there for so long. The pharmacy staff made an already stressful experience so much worse."
