"We have trusted Dr. Croy, Susan, and Jade with our fur-babies for over a year now and it’s the best choice we could have made. Our two older dogs began having health related issues last summer and I’m so happy that we found this amazing team to help us through the diagnoses, the treatments, and ultimately having to say goodbye. I will forever be grateful for the care and love they provided my girls and the comfort they gave us in the end. If you are looking for a team who is knowledgeable and genuinely cares for your pets, I recommend Dr. Croy and team with no hesitation. I will continue to bring my other pets here knowing that they are in the best hands."
"Had my first visit today with our 5 week old puppy Prince and the ladies in the front desk were awesome and Dr. Desmoraux was awesome and friendly. Answered all of our questions and were very honest and direct. I love that. Prince means everything to me and they did a very good job treating him with love and care!! Thank you Banfield!!"
"They left my cat in his cage for four hours. They said he was too upset to be vaccinated after leaving him in there for FOUR hours. When I got him to the car, he was covered in feces and urine. My cat was traumatized by whatever happened there. I haven’t had any veterinary issues with this cat before. I called the customer complaint line but nothing was done. I didn’t pay anything because no services were rendered. Just my car, cat, and home covered in feces at the end of this visit. 0/5 stars would not suggest."
"my puppy Sully. On January 07, 2021 my puppy saw Dr Khan at Banfield pet hospital for this 11:30 am appointment. He was there for over 6 hours as a 4 month old puppy. He was not fed and hadn’t eaten since 6am that morning. He was in his small crate in the back for 6 hours as they probably forgot about him or “over booked” themselves. He peed on himself. Also I had to call them to see how my puppy was doing at 4:30pm (pretty much reminding them that they still had my puppy). they called me again at 5:30pm for pick up. He has an immediate allergic reaction to his shots which caused vomiting for 2 hours and was at the emergency vet for 3 hours also with out food because of the vomiting he couldn’t eat. Also they knew about his reactions to his shots as i told them the first visit. When I asked dr khan what happened he refused to answer any questions about his patient. Now crate training my puppy is a Disaster! They caused him to have stress and anxiety about going in the car to go on car rides and for his crate. I was told by the dr I would get my money back for the emergency vet visit. I did not get that. I was also told I would be contacted by the corporate office and I have yet to be called. It’s been almost a month and after seeing all the complaints on their fb page and google.. I’m not the only person/pet they have done this too."
"The vets here are helpful and the staff is friendly, but I'm not sure about the "wellness" plans. I have been very pleased with the care provided and the knowledge of the vets. I would have thought having one could help you get an appointment day of for a non-life threatening emergency. I was told there was no way they could schedule even just a short appointment so I could show them my pet's problem. If the vet won't see my pet when she is sick, that seems like a terrible strategy. It seems like they overbook on routine vaccinations/check-ups if they can't take any walk-ins."
